Welcome to the THAT Skincare family! Our subscription service is designed to keep your skin glowing without the interruption of running out of your favorite products. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. How It Works

When you subscribe to a product, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 or 60 days). Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the start of each renewal period, and your products will be shipped directly to your door.

2. Flexibility: Pause or Cancel Anytime

We get it—routines change, or sometimes you just need a break. You have total control over your subscription:

Pause Your Subscription: Need to skip a delivery? You can pause your subscription for one month at a time.

Cancel Your Subscription: You can cancel your subscription entirely at any time.

3. The Golden Rule: Changes Before Renewal

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, any modifications—including pausing or canceling—must be completed before your scheduled renewal date.

⚠️ Please Note: Once a subscription renews and an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or refund that specific shipment. Any changes made after the renewal date will apply to the following scheduled delivery.

4. How to Manage Your Subscription

You can update your preferences in two ways:

Option 1: Online (Recommended for Instant Changes)

For immediate results, log into your account directly at thatskincare.ca. Navigate to your account settings to pause, cancel, or adjust your membership instantly.

Option 2: Via Email

You can also request changes by emailing us at that@therecoveryspa.ca. If you choose to email us, please provide at least 2 business days' notice before your renewal date to ensure our team has enough time to process the request before your next order is shipped.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails on your renewal date, we will attempt to re-try the charge. If payment cannot be processed after a few attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused until your billing information is updated.
